Best time to visit KENYA
Wildlife
June to October
If wildlife is your main interest, then it is best to visit in the dry season which roughly runs from late June through October. In this period game viewing is usually at it’s best in terms of locating game because the grasses are starting to die down, water sources become scarce and the wildlife are drawn to the decreasing specific location where they can drink and eat.
MAaSAI MARA Wildebeest migration
The wildebeest migration ranks among Africa’s greatest wildlife spectacles. Around 2.5 million hoofed mammals (mainly wildebeest and zebra, but also Thomson’s gazelle) move throughout the Mara-Serengeti ecosystem. They’re usually present in Kenya sometime between July or August and October. The crossing of the Mara River is the highlight of the migration, although seeing the vast herds filling the savannah to the horizon is to witness nature’s abundance on an unimaginable scale.
Beach
If your main interest is an exotic beach holiday, then late June through to October is the best time to visit the coast or Lamu Island. During this period, you can also add-on or include a safari experience.

Why choose Kenya?
We have spent a lot of time in six other sub-Saharan African countries, toured extensively, done almost countless game drives, visited the places of interest, yet Kenya is our number one favourite and the country we chose to exclusively represent. Quite simply, it has it all !
These are the top 12 list of things to do and see in KENYA

2.
3. The Great Wildebeest Migration
The Maasai Mara in Kenya, is the home to millions of wildebeest, zebras, Thompson’s gazelles and elands. As the rains move across the regions, which bring fresh grass, so do the animals and the never-ending wildebeest migration
4. LAMU ISLAND in the Indian Ocean coast
Lamu has enchanting beaches, a fascinating history and the not to be missed culture. This part of the Indian Ocean has some world class diving sites that attract both scuba divers and snorkellers and there are dive centres catering for
this market.
5.
6. The Maasai and other tribal cultures
The Maasai tribe adorned in their traditional red robes and fancy beads are one of the most widely recognised tribes of Africa. To visit a Maasai village and learn about their traditional culture is both a fascinating and an unforgeable experience – you might get to listen to singing or join the male warriors performing their gravity defying vertical leaps high into the air! On your travels you might come across other tribes that are equally fascinating and welcoming.
7. Mount Kenya
Kenya’s highest peak towers majestically at 5,199m above the plains beneath and is an incredible sight to behold. Climb to the top or trek the lower levels and admire the view!
